Seafood Markets – From Shop to Plate – Whitebait

In today’s class visit the Auckland fish market floor with chef to choose your selected species, then return to the Seafood School with your catch where chef will share with you tips and tricks and a delicious recipe to follow as you cook your lunch in the hands on classroom. Today make a delicious whitebait fritter with citrus mayonnaise and fennel salad.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in hands on classroom

Class starts promptly at 12 noon.
