Seafood Lovers – American Street Food and APA

There’s no denying that American street food hits the spot every time, from chip trucks on the Californian beachfront to NY city stalls, there’s always a punch of flavour in every mouthful, tonight cook two delicious street food seafood recipes served with American Pale Ale. Tonight make a delicious seafood burrito followed by tarragon lobster roll with pickles and proper crisps.

Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
