2 great recipes for a dinner party or evening and weekend entertaining.   Tonight you will cook 2  recipes inspired by the fresh regional seafood of the east and west coasts. Start with delicious salmon sashimi with wasabi cream and caviar followed by a mouth watering spaghetti vongole

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
