In today’s class learn everything you need to know about local seafood, from cooking tips, to techniques and preparation. Receive a step by step demonstration on the technique of oyster shucking and fish filleting preparation from the chef and then sit down to 2 self-cooked seafood recipes to enjoy. In today’s class prepare local oysters with a 3 pepper mignonette and market fish sashimi with yuzu, radish and wasabi caviar.

What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.
