SEAFOOD 101 – with complimentary cookbook ‘The Complete NZ Seafood Cookbook’

3 hr class.  Join us in today’s hands on workshop class to learn the techniques of fish filleting, seafood cooking techniques, squid cleaning and preparation and knife handling.  You will receive a step by step demonstration on the techniques before you practise yourself with guidance from your chef, then sit down to a delicious self-cooked lunch of fresh seafood with seasonal flavours to match.  A great introduction class to Seafood and preparation not to be missed. Today you will cook grilled squid with anchovy mayonnaise and herbed brushetta followed by pan fried fish with a red pepper and tomato vinaigrette.
