From Shop to Plate – Oysters

In today’s class visit the Auckland fish market floor with chef to choose your selected species, then return to the Seafood School with your catch where chef will share with you tips and tricks and a delicious recipe to follow as you cook your meal in the hands on classroom. Today prepare oysters and make 2 simple delicious recipes, a  shallot mignonette and an oyster kilpatrick.

You will also receive Sanford and Sons Fishmonger chiller bag for your next seafood purchase.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage during the hands on cooking.

Class starts promptly at 3pm.
