SCHOOL HOLIDAY – Kids Cooking Classes

Suitable for ages 7-12.  Kids cooking classes are back! Join the chef for a tour of the market and then have fun cooking your own lunch and dessert. Join us for fun and interactive hands on cooking class full of excitement, learning about NZ seafood, delicious food and recipes. Show us your skills in the kitchen to win some great prizes.   In today’s class make fish sliders with Asian slaw followed by no freeze mixed berry ice cream

 

Other class dates available and 16th April and  17th April .

Class starts promptly at 10am.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
