SCHOOL HOLIDAY – Kids Cooking Classes

2½ hr class.  Age 7 – 12 years.  Kids cooking classes are back!  Join us for a fun and interactive hands on cooking class full of excitement, learning and delicious food. Includes a walk around the Fish Market with chef. Show us your skills in the kitchen for the chance to win some great spot prizes!  Today you will be cooking fish burger wraps with pickles and homemade tartare and lemon curd and yoghurt fool with ginger biscuit.

Class starts promptly at 10am.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
