School Holiday – Kids Cooking Class

3 hr class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Ages: 6- 11 years.

Kids cooking classes are back!  Have fun while cooking your own lunch.  Join us for an fun and interactive hands on cooking class full of excitement, learning, delicious food and competitions.  Show us your skills in the kitchen to win some great prizes. Today you will be cooking fish sliders with homemade mayonnaise PLUS French toast with cinnamon, grilled banana and Rush Munro icecream.  Best slider recipe (judged by Chef) wins a prize and winner’s recipe will be showcased on our facebook page and website.

Class starts promptly at 10am.

Other dates with different menus available for this class are 18th April and 19th April.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
