RELAXED SUNDAY – Sunday Brunch Celebration

2hr class.  Look, Cook, Eat.  

Relax with us on a Sunday morning and enjoy a Summer Celebration of fresh NZ Seafood.  Mussel, rocket and feta fritters with sweet chutney PLUS Grilled prosciutto wrapped salmon fillet with spinach eggs benedict – lightly poached eggs drizzled with freshly made hollandaise sitting on a bed of spinach served with toasted bread.  Enjoy a fun hands on cooking experience culminating in a delicious brunch.

Complimentary OJ on arrival.  Class starts promptly at 10.30am.

John Campbell

John Campbell trained in New Zealand before travelling to Sydney and through Asia, surfing whenever there were waves. He landed in London and worked in restaurants and hotels while gaining a certificate in Advanced Cookery at Westminster Catering College.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
