RELAXED SUNDAY BRUNCH – New time/new look menu

2½ hour class.

Enjoy a fun 2½ hour hands on cooking experience culminating in a delicious brunch.  Share your Sunday morning with your family at the Seafood School and enjoy a special sweet treat to finish. Today you will make delicious Chorizo, prawn and corn fritters with poached eggs and Blueberry pancakes with maple apple compote served with orange juice and Complimentary coffee.

Bar open from 9.30am onwards.  Class starts promptly at 10am.

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Colin Doyle

Cooking has always been a passion for self-taught Australian cook Colin Doyle. When he arrived in New Zealand from the United States, having just completed a PhD in X-ray Spectroscopy, he decided that he should pursue culinary as well as academic endeavours, and a teaching role at Auckland Seafood School has allowed him to progress from kitchen assistant to teaching chef.
