2½ hour class.  Enjoy a fun 2½ hour hands on cooking experience culminating in a delicious brunch.  Share your Sunday morning with your family at the Seafood School.  Today you will be cooking a combination of savoury and sweet French toast options, to start a smoked salmon, spinach and goats cheese french toast, and a delicious sweet French toast with citrus lemon curd and macerated berries.

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 10am.  Class starts promptly at 10.30am.

A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
