A quick demonstration from your chef will set you up for hands on fun creating a delicious brunch to share. Join us for our new Summer Sunday Brunch menu….. smoked salmon breakfast bowl with brown rice, potato, mushroom and spinach topped with a 6 minute egg.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 10.30am. Class starts promptly at 11am

A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
