Queen of Seafood Oysters and Bubbles

Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of Oysters. Tonight you will prepare three delicious oyster recipes,  your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’– learn the skill of shucking and preparing oysters.

Complimentary beverage / bubbles and antipasto on arrival.

Bar open from 12.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 1pm.
