QUEEN OF SEAFOOD – Oyster Celebration

Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of Oysters. Tonight your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious oyster recipes – learn the skill of shucking and preparing Oysters. Tonight Chef Paulie (ex The Oyster Inn) will prepare three of his favourite oyster recipes, begin with natural oysters with a shallot migonette, delicious oyster kilpatrick and to finish crumbed oyster sliders with basil and green chilli mayonnaise. If your an Oyster fan this is a night not to be missed.

Complimentary bubbles and Oyster shot on arrival.

 

Bar open from 5.30pm. Class starts promptly at 6pm

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
