PERUVIAN SEAFOOD

2½ hour clas.  With extensive coastlines, Peruvian cuisine retains a strong seafood focus.  Colourful, flavourful food with an emphasis on fresh are highlights seasoned with light spices. Enjoy fresh seasonal ceviche lettuce cups with plantain crisps and corn and grilled spiced whole fish with quinoa salad bowl dressed with Aji Panca chilli and herb.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
