Pacific Rim Fusion

The best of the pacific. Fish is a staple of the pacific diet, and tonight we celebrate this wonderful melting pot of colourful cultures and food fusions. Flavours are fresh, subtle or spicy, drawing inspiration from countries throughout Europe, Asia and the Pacific Islands. On trend cuisine with bright, bold vibrant dishes. In this class cook -  Spicy ponzu salmon with greens followed by grilled market fresh fish with clams and wild mushroom.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
