OCCASIONS – Valentines Celebration

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Love of NZ Seafood is shared in tonight’s class with recipes that have been created especially for you and your special partner.  Work alongside one other couple at a bench of 4 then sit down and enjoy a delicious seafood meal complimented with Babich wines, bubbles and local artisan beer.

In this class you will prepare Kingfish Tataki followed by pan roasted Salmon, roasted cauliflower, chargrilled corn with miso and sesame.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
