Classic Italian cuisine is given a modern, seasonal and seafood twist in this lunchtime class. Share a relaxed Saturday lunch with us at the Seafood School showcasing the freshest NZ seafood complimented with the vibrant flavours of Italian cuisine. An Italian tradition, join us together with your fellow ‘cooks’ to enjoy warm conversation, good wine (Babich of course) and beautifully prepared seafood. Start with a deliciously fresh salad of crispy pancetta, calamari, rocket and radicchio, green apple, garlic parmesan crostini, caper lemon and black olive dressing followed by Tagliatelle pescatore – ocean fresh seafood medley, cockles and clams, reduction, fresh tomatoes and roasted garlic.

Mark has 30 years experience in hospitality as a chef with a freestyle approach to cooking. What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.

The Filleting class is amazing! Chef John Campbell is entertaining and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and I can now fillet the catch!
