MODERN CHINESE CUISINE – Chinese New Year Cooking Class

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Joining us for a special class are guest chefs Jamie ‘Sauce Boss’ and Debbie ‘Bun Hun’ from Judge Bao, hailed by Denizen as “purveyors of all the things we love about Chinese cuisine.” Their pop-ups have been hitting markets and festivals all over Auckland since 2015 to great acclaim with foodies and critics alike, expect bold authentic flavours with a contemporary twist. In this class, they will be sharing their recipes for drunken clams with garlic shoots and black beans, followed by Cantonese style fish with ginger and spring onion.  www.judgebao.co.nz.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
