Enjoy your Friday night with us at the Seafood School and share the flavours of the Middle East, Turkey and/or Greece in a selection of small dishes to complement our Babich wines and artisan beer.  A combination of seafood and vegetarian dishes will be presented by your chef and enjoyed throughout the evening as you work together on the recipes.

Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts is a multi-award-winning chef with an infectious passion for cooking. After classical professional training, Steve decided travel was on the cards. This led him to Australia and then on to Japan for six years, where he soaked up the nuances of Japanese cuisine.
