Mexican Seafood Street kitchen

Prepared by street vendors and at small traditional markets in Mexico. Street foods include tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, fajitas and nachos.  In tonight’s class make 2 delicious seafood street food recipes. In tonight’s class prepare Chipotle prawn and ricotta quesadilla and Smoked seafood  burrito.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm
