LOCAL FARMERS MARKET

2½ hr class.  This class celebrates some of the fantastic artisan produce New Zealand has to offer. Today your chef will create recipes featuring unique products made locally, with the perfect match of ingredients to include the ‘pick’ of New Zealand’s seasonal seafood.  Today you will be cooking a delicious and fresh poke bowl of panfried salmon with carrot and ginger  followed by fresh market fish and Panzanella (tomato and bread salad).  Complimentary coffee will served.

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 10.30am onwards.  Class starts promptly at 11am.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
