King of Seafood Surf n turf

Celebrate the great combination of pairing seafood and meat together and the cooking technique of the grill.  It is a curious combination that sprung from America’s fascination with “Continental Cuisine” in the 60′s. Today you will cook 2 delicious recipes and then sit down to enjoy the wonderful flavours of the “Surf and the Turf “.  On the menu today is steamed clams, chinese sausage and black bean noodles followed by roast pork, chimichurri and king prawns.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 2.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 3pm
