Today your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious recipes.  Start with shucked oysters with 3 pepper mignonette, grilled scampi with a chilli mango dressing and  pan fried market fish with steamed Cloudy Bay clams, bacon and cherry tomatoes.

Start the class with a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
