Italian Long Seafood Lunch
An Italian lunch (Pranzo) is considered to be the most important meal, a time to enjoy the age old Italian values of tradition, family, friends, food and celebrating life in style. In today’s class start with complimentary antipasto and aperitivo, learn to cook Primo, Secondi and Contorno (side dish) and finish with Formaggi e frutta, caffe and gelato.
On the menu today, Peach bellini and antipasto on arrival. Squid and fennel pasta with lemon and herbs, skin on market fish with a warm rosemary olive vinaigrette accompanied by caprese salad. An Italian cheese selection and fruit with espresso and gelato.
A special class not to be missed.
12pm – 4pm.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 11.30am. Class starts promptly at 12pm.

What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.
The recipes catered for all skill types so we all had something to do which was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the wine matching was perfect.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.
My partner brought me a gift voucher – possibly self interest involved but I have gone on to cook the recipes plenty of times at home. She is impressed!

The Filleting class is amazing! Chef John Campbell is entertaining and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and I can now fillet the catch!
