International street food – USA

Completely ‘on trend’, whether you love it or you love to hate it.  From the food trucks that line the beachfront in California, all the way to the city centre stalls of New York, the United States has a huge array of food to choose from.  Street food has exploded in recent years, tonight you will be cooking -  crispy fish soft shell tacos with cabbage, chipotle mayo and salsa fresca PLUS salt and pepper squid with fried jalepenos and marinara sauce.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
