Hawker stands and food carts are a common sight in Asia and throughout Europe. On land and waterways, these street-food vendors serve hot or cold food items traditional to their region. Try your hand tonight in making 2 famous seafood street food cart dishes from around the world. In tonights class cook  fish tortilla with chipotle mayonnaise and salsa fresca followed by salmon burrito bowls.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
