HAWKERS NIGHT MARKET

 2½ hr class.  Fresh New Zealand Seafood matched with Artisan NZ beers and Babich wines – celebrate your Monday night with us.  Sample two cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and enjoy cooking and sharing the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe. Tonight you will cook a Mexican hawker style dish of crispy prawns, charred corn and chilli tomato butter followed by an Asian inspired caramelised peppered fish with steamed rice and spring onion slaw.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.00pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
