Hawker Style Street Food

Fish, meats and even fruits are drenched in a riot of flavours found in many street markets around the world. Spicy, sour and pungent tastes. From Indonesia, Thailand and Norway. Curry Laksa is a popular dish that is full of flavours, slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk, the spiciness of chilli and fragrance of fresh herbs, tonight you will make Seafood Laksa and another popular hawker style fish curry.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
