Hawker Seafood

Colourful and diverse, street food is one of those travel experiences one can find in cities and towns all around the world. Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and enjoy cooking and sharing the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe. Cook two delicious recipes, In tonight’s class, make a king prawn burrito bowl and caramelised three peppered fish with a coriander and spring onion slaw.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
