Hawker Kitchen – Seafood

Colourful and diverse, street food is one of those travel experiences you can find in cities and towns all around the world. Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and enjoy cooking and sharing the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe. Cook two delicious seafood recipes and matched with Babich organic wine.  Today cook spiced prawn kebabs with pineapple and coriander salsa PLUS a Japanese seafood curry.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 11.30am.  Class starts promptly at 12pm
