Auckland’s vibrant and buzzing restaurant scene continues to be inspired by passionate foodies and chefs alike.  Tonight we introduce you to one of those chefs making his mark in the industry, Glen File head chef at Baduzzi Restaurant. One of New Zealand’s hottest emerging kitchen talents, awards include Cuisine Best Specialist Restaurant 2014, Runner-Up Best Market Bistro, as well as earning Two Hats, a decoration coveted by all New Zealand restaurants. Glen describes his food as classic comfort food full of flavour with a simple modern twist, his class is not to be missed.  Tonight you will be cooking - Insalata of white beans and squid with lemon followed by Saradian inspired pan roasted fish with heirloom tomatoes .
