GREAT NZ BBQ – SURF AND TURF

Celebrate the great combination of pairing seafood and meat together and the cooking technique of the BBQ. It’s a curious combination that sprung from America’s fascination with “Continental cuisine” in the 60′s. This evening you will cook 2 delicious recipes and then sit down to enjoy the wonderful flavours of the “Surf and the Turf’.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 2.30pm. Class starts promptly at 3pm.

A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
