Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures….plus try your hand at creating your own dumplings with dipping sauce.  Enjoy cooking and sharing the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe.  A chance to meet new people and come together to share food and stories in a great Friday night out. Start your seafood market experience with homemade prawn and pork dumplings with Nam Jim dipping sauce and vegetable ribbons followed by steamed Boa Bun with pickled cucumber, freshly made Kimchi and crispy panko market fresh fish PLUS mixed seafood fritters with coriander, lime and ginger and a white miso and wasabi mayonnaise.
