2½ hr class.  The pop up revolution has taken the country by storm with food trucks and pop up eateries offering a wide range of eating and dining options.  With a modern day mix applied to the recipes bringing together a diversity of cuisines and cultures, tonight’s recipes will blend the flavours together in synergy and harmony for you to create and share.

Bar open from 6pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.
