The wonderful balance of flavours that make up Vietnamese cuisine are showcased in tonight’s specialty FOOD LOVERS hands on cooking class. Fresh ginger, lemongrass, coriander and mint will be matched alongside seasonal & fresh NZ seafood to create light and healthy recipes bursting with flavour. Start with a fragrant lemongrass seafood and rice noodle salad followed by a Vietnamese style fish curry with Asian greens, fragrant herbs and rice.
Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar opens at 6pm. Class starts promptly at 6.30pm

What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.

The Filleting class is amazing! Chef John Campbell is entertaining and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and I can now fillet the catch!
