FOOD LOVERS – Tapas, Mezze and Craft Beer

3 hour class.  Look, Cook and Eat.

Our Food Lovers classes are designed to introduce you to something new – new tastes, flavours and combinations all set to inspire….based around the freshest New Zealand Seafood and matched with Artisan NZ beer and Babich wines.  The recipes will be perfect for the home entertainer…..relaxed and fun.  Tonight there is a demonstration and tastings of delicious crunchy almonds.  Tonight you will be cooking spiced tuna sticks with charred eggplant and olives, followed by grilled portobelllo mushrooms filled with fish, blue cheese and thyme PLUS prosciutto wrapped new season asparagus with white fish and tapenade served with tomato salsa.

Complimentary platters and beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

John Campbell

John Campbell trained in New Zealand before travelling to Sydney and through Asia, surfing whenever there were waves. He landed in London and worked in restaurants and hotels while gaining a certificate in Advanced Cookery at Westminster Catering College.
