2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Fresh New Zealand Seafood matched with Artisan NZ beers and Babich wines – celebrate your Friday night with us.  Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and enjoy cooking and sharing the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe.  A chance to meet new people and come together to share food and stories in a great night out.   Tonight you will be cooking New Haven fried calamari with a marinara sauce followed by char kway taow  - Malaysian noodles with Chinese sausage and prawns.

 

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
