FOOD LOVERS – Spanish Flair

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

The Spanish have enjoyed a love of seafood dating back centuries.  Surrounded by three coastlines, seafood has long been a part of Spain’s staple diet. The colours and vibrancy of the flavours of Spain will be shared and recreated in tonight’s class.  Join your chef and fellow cooks to experience this unique cuisine.   Start with Spanish styled prawns with chorizo, sautéed potatoes, rocket and a tomato vinaigrette followed by baked market fresh fish, roasted capsicum, sherry vinegar, green olives, citrus, garlic and thyme, smoked paprika, garbanzo bean and jamon cassoulet.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
