RESTAURANT OF THE MONTH – Guest Chef Adam Rickett, Euro

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Auckland’s vibrant and buzzing restaurant scene continues to be inspired by passionate foodies and chefs alike.  Tonight we introduce you to one of those chefs making his mark in the industry.  Adam Rickett from Euro will present 2 vibrant recipes in tonight’s class.  Adam started with Nourish group at Euro and Pravda a few years ago and re-joins the company having worked on Waiheke Island at The Boat Shed for the past year and prior to that at The Matterhorn in Wellington as head chef.  Adam looks to work with the seasons to create interesting technique-driven cuisine. He draws from multiple regional styles and brings a real buzz of passion and excitement to the kitchen with the way he lives and breathes food.  Tonight you will cooking seared trevally loin , baby beeroot, buttermilk, horseradish, shaved apple.  Followed by brioche crusted Hake, crayfish bisque served with a winter ratatouille.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
