FOOD LOVERS – Irish Flair

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

You don’t need to be Irish to appreciate the hearty dishes made from quality ingredients that go far beyond the humble potato. In a first for the Seafood School, join us to celebrate the lead up to St Patrick’s Day, where our chef has created a special menu based on traditional Irish ingredients paired with NZ seafood with a modern twist.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Mark has 30 years experience in hospitality as a chef with a freestyle approach to cooking. A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
