FOOD LOVERS – International Trends and Flavours

3hr class.  Look, Cook, Eat.

Our Food Lovers classes are designed to introduce you to something new – new tastes, flavours and combinations all set to inspire….based around the freshest New Zealand Seafood and matched with the latest international food trends.  Today you will be cooking Prawn San choy bau – wonderful and aromatic.  Followed by a Greek  dish of chargrilled eggplant, rolled and filled with spinach, cheeses, with fresh market fish served with a fresh tomato sauce.  PLUS sesame crusted salmon fillet with edamame, miso and pickled cucumber.

Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar open from 10.30am.  Class starts promptly at 11am.

A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
