From the famous Boquerón in Barcelona to the tiny village markets of rural Spain, market life and fresh regional products are at the heart of Spanish life and cuisine. From the market stalls of fresh fish and shellfish, olives and spices to the beautiful to classic coastal flavours. Join a great class with two delicious recipes. Cook tonight a beautiful seafood and saffron soup followed by spiced mussels with chorizo and tomato.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm
