Our Food Lovers classes are designed to introduce you to something new – new tastes, flavours and combinations all set to inspire….based around the freshest New Zealand Seafood and showcasing a blend of Asian flavours with a modern twist. Start your Food Lovers menu with mini south island salmon skewers with asparagus tips served with a carrot, lime and coriander dip. Followed by pan seared NZ Scallops, with a delicious papaya, honey and mussel salsa. PLUS oven roasted snapper served with a buckwheat and nori salad with yuzu dressing.
Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar open from 6pm. Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.

Steve Roberts is a multi-award-winning chef with an infectious passion for cooking. After classical professional training, Steve decided travel was on the cards. This led him to Australia and then on to Japan for six years, where he soaked up the nuances of Japanese cuisine. What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.

The Filleting class is amazing! Chef John Campbell is entertaining and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and I can now fillet the catch!
