FLAVOURS OF THE SEASON – Summer BBQ and Grill

 2½ hr class.  Look, Cook, Eat.

BBQ season is here!  Join us to share a highly informative and delicious hands on seafood grilling session.  Experience the pleasures of grilled seafood recipes PLUS learn a variety of BBQ techniques and ideas from your chef.  Enjoy the fresh flavours the season has to offer – all cooked to perfection on the grill.  Start with Marinated and Grilled Hapuku with a Summer Vegetable Salad and Avocado Puree.  Followed by BBQ Salmon, Roasted Cauliflower and Almond Salad served with Spiced Yoghurt Dressing.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm
