FLAVOURS OF THE SEASON – Summer BBQ and Grill Luncheon

 2½ hr class.  Look, Cook, Eat .

BBQ season is here!  Join us to share a highly informative and delicious hands on seafood grilling session.  Experience the pleasures of grilled seafood recipes PLUS learn a variety of BBQ techniques and ideas from your chef.  Enjoy the fresh flavours the season has to offer – all cooked to perfection on the grill.  Start with a delicious salad of BBQ squid, fresh dates, roast garlic, rocket and parmesan  followed by chargrilled kingfish with seasonally fresh roma tomatoes, herbed perla potatoes and spicy chorizo.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 10.30am.  Class starts promptly at 11am
