2½ hr class.  The vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean are shared in tonight’s class.  Exciting new flavours are happening in the city streets across the regions featuring an abundance of seafood and fresh ingredients.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
