FOOD LOVERS – Fizz and Fins

2½ hr class. Look, Cook & Eat.

Need some new recipes to wow the dinner party crowd? Chef will create New Zealand Seafood recipes that are little bit special, perfectly complementing the flavours of the season, matched with Artisan NZ beers, Babich wines and Prosecco in this hands on seafood cooking class. On tonight’s menu you will re-create chefs , Char-grilled Tuna, tomato, basil, boccocini  and roast capsicum salad , and Pan fried market fish with broadbeans, proscuitto and a labneh . There will be beer tastings tonight by Artisan brewers ‘The Herbalist’.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
