FAST AND FRESH – Tastes of the Mediterranean

2 hour class.  Cook and Eat.

Tonight you will learn how to cook and prepare 3 delicious quick seafood recipes showcasing a variety of New Zealand seafood matched with seasonal produce.  New ‘Fast & Fresh’ class format is ‘Cook & Taste’ – no demonstration to start with.  Chef will be on hand to help you work through the recipes.  Tonight you will be enjoying: Grilled Tuna and Asparagus Salad Nicoise.  Seared Prawns and Scallops, Gazpacho Salad with a Sherry Vinaigrette PLUS Crispy Skin Tarakihi, Saffron Risotto and Caponata.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
